Poor Ol' Spicey had to go outside to live because she's become incontinent. Needed to create quick housing for her and came up with this for $5.00. Added bedding and she loves it. :)

First Orange Pick

This last fall was Bilwy's first time to pick an orange off a orange tree. It's the small pleasures in life that are the most enjoyable, eh?

Vulture Attack

Quite a fascinating moment recently in my backyard. For the first time, there was a local vulture up on our telephone pole. I swung my camera to the right to focus on another that was flying never knowing its intentions was to knock the other one off the pole. Lucky shots but cool eh? Zoom in for detail.

Bilwy's "Dancin' Coon" Moment 11-08

Great job adding the coon to these pics Brett! I'm sure this is how it must have looked - Mr. Coon gleefully dancing and making a mess with his paws on the inside and outside of my car with no one around to stop him. And he never ate the breadcrumbs, just dumped the whole box all over my back seat. My, what a surprise for me this was the next morning!

And let's not forget the morning at the Pennsylvania house when I walked into the kitchen at 7AM when you were having your first cup of coffee and Bilwy brought a "show and tell" moment to you. That was the possum that snuck into my room via the kitty door in the window during the night and Ms. Missy and I worked all night trapping the dam thing. Perked up your morning, eh? :) Nothin' like a caged possum fer breakfast!

Then there was the bat who lived with us for 3 days, but you kinda doubted Bilwy until it flew into the living room that one afternoon. You can move quick Bro! Fun times! But what is it with critters finding Bilwy so attractive? Bilwy may never know.

Well....72 degrees two days ago and 10 tonight. Were expecting 8 to 10 inches of snow on our 1 inch of ice we got yesterday. Quite a way to kick off winter.
