Throw Back!!!

Brett, Diane, a neighbor friend, and I actually picked 6 gallons of cherries from our cherry tree!!!  Oh what fun it was...truly - at one point Diane showered me with cherries!  Then more fun....pitting - my hands and fingernails are still black from days ago.  Then there's the first cherry pie attempt - not so pretty but it was good - and a first!

Rocky Brook Falls

A couple days ago Jim wanted to take the top off the jeep and go for a ride up the canal, since it was going to be one of the warmest days we've had so far.
It was great fun!  We drove up a couple side roads he hadn't seen yet and I took him to Rocky Brook Falls off the Duckabush River road.
He got these shots on his iPhone.

These photos don't do the height justice, it's got to be at least 200 feet high.

This is the same falls where Greg and I had our "family visit" photo taken that is on your magnets.

Photo Fun

A couple weeks ago Jim and Des stopped by my place for a visit.  Des wanted some photos of all of us together so I got out the camera and tripod.
A few glitches as I set the timer - too short - and then much laughter followed as we tried to get one "normal photo" of the three of us.
Keep in mind I am the one running back and forth to get in this photo and try and look "normal", lol.

Blog Update!

Now in 2017!  Welcome back to our family blog!

Just wanted to touch base here and welcome our incoming family members; Stacy (Jeni's daughter), Jennifer (Jim's daughter), Diane (Dad's life partner) and Jim (eldest of Dad Gray's kids).
(Did I get that right???)

I have invited them via their email addresses they supplied to become authors here, which means they can post content and photos.

Now we can share with ALL of the family, the outings and get togethers we all have - with everyone near and far.
